Q: What happens after I enter my code?
A: You will receive an email immediately with a reward link to select your gift card. Check your spam/junk folder.

Q: What if I get a “BadRequest” error?
A: This error sometimes happens with Microsoft Edge. Try a different browser.

Q: What if I get an “Invalid Code” message?
A: Double check the code. Make sure you don’t have a space at the end. If your code has the letter “O”, try the number 0 instead.

Q: I get a message that the code has already been used.
A: This means your code has already been entered. You should have received an email immediately with a reward link to select your gift card when the code was first entered. Check your spam/junk folder.

Q: I didn’t receive an email with the reward link after entering my code.
A: Check your spam/junk folder. It’s also possible you entered your email incorrectly. Please contact us and we can send the email to the correct or an alternative address.

Q: I didn’t select a gift card the first time I clicked the reward link in the email. How do I get back to the gift card list?
A: Find the original email and click the link again. You can also search your browser history.

Q: What if I go back into the webpage with the gift card list and my balance is $0?
A: Look in the upper right corner for the shopping cart icon. Click it and finish the checkout.

Q: What if I don't spend all of the reward value right away, can I go back to the Gift Card url and use the remaining value?
A: Yes, save the initial email or URL and return via the redemption link. If you cannot find your email, please contact support and a the email can be resent.
